This was a great second book in the Boogeyman trilogy.  Well written and a nice follow up ot the first book.  Now years in the future when Richard has a grown family, his relationship with the killer starts to affect him personally.  Even though this story is not based on true events in the author's home town, he does a great job mixing real people with a fictious killer.
